Routine machine maintenance

Preventive maintenance keeps small problems from becoming mid-session failures, and most of it is scheduled rather than reactive.

What to know

  • Daily: external cleaning, visual inspection of lines, connectors and the machine casing.
  • Weekly and monthly: filter checks, pressure tests and conductivity verification per your machine's schedule.
  • Scheduled technician visits for calibration and part replacement — do not defer these.
  • Log every maintenance action; a maintenance history is what lets a technician diagnose a fault quickly.
