- Daily: external cleaning, visual inspection of lines, connectors and the machine casing.
- Weekly and monthly: filter checks, pressure tests and conductivity verification per your machine's schedule.
- Scheduled technician visits for calibration and part replacement — do not defer these.
- Log every maintenance action; a maintenance history is what lets a technician diagnose a fault quickly.
