This is education, not medical advice. The Learning Hub explains home hemodialysis in general terms, including how self-care programmes elsewhere work. Trivita's own service is nurse-assisted — our dialysis nurse performs the session in your home, and we supply and maintain the equipment — so we do not train patients or families to dialyse themselves. This Hub does not replace the instructions of your own nephrologist or dialysis nurse, and where the two differ, follow your care team. All content is reviewed by Trivita's Medical Director before publication.
