These terms govern the use of this website and the booking of services from Trivita Home Healthcare LLC. They do not replace the individual service agreement or consent forms signed at the point of care.

Website content is not medical advice

The Learning Hub and all educational material on this site explain home healthcare in general terms. They are reviewed by our Medical Director but cannot account for individual circumstances, and they do not create a doctor–patient relationship. Where this site differs from the instructions of your own care team, follow your care team.

Bookings

Submitting the booking form is a request for a callback, not a confirmed appointment. Appointments are confirmed by a care coordinator after a clinical suitability review. We may decline a request where home care is not the appropriate or safe setting.

Emergencies

This website and the booking form are not monitored continuously and must never be used to report an emergency. Call 998 for an ambulance, or go to the nearest emergency department.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
