Home dialysis, explained without the jargon
Most people arrive here having just been told that home hemodialysis is an option, and having no idea what that actually means day to day. This is where to start.

The four questions everyone asks first
Will I have to run the machine myself?
No. Trivita provides nurse-assisted home hemodialysis: a dialysis nurse comes to your home and performs the session, including needling and monitoring. We do not ask patients or families to learn to dialyse themselves.
Read more →Who provides the machine and the water system?
We do. Trivita supplies, installs and commissions the dialysis machine, the portable RO water system and the consumables, maintains them, and leaves the equipment in your home for as long as your treatment continues.
Read more →Is my home big enough?
Usually yes. Modern portable machines take far less space than people expect, and we survey your home before anything is installed.

Many UAE policies do. Approval is largely a documentation exercise, and our coordination team prepares what insurers ask for.

If you are a care partner
You are part of the clinical team, not a bystander
With our nurse-assisted service the treatment itself is our nurse's job, not yours. What families carry is everything around it — the schedule, the supplies, the day-to-day of living with dialysis. It is a real role, and it needs real rest built into it.
- A Trivita nurse sets up, runs and closes down every session
- Equipment and supplies are our responsibility to deliver and maintain
- Burnout is a clinical issue — tell the care team early, not late
