Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This policy explains what Trivita Home Healthcare collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to reflect UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

Information we collect

When you use the booking form we collect your name, mobile number, email address, Emirate, preferred date, and any health-related details you choose to include in the notes field.

We also automatically record the IP address the request was sent from, your browser's user agent string, and the time of submission. These are kept as a security and anti-abuse measure, and they are included in the notification email sent to our care team.

In the course of providing care we collect the clinical information necessary to deliver it, which is held separately from this website under our clinical records policy.

How we use it

To respond to booking requests, coordinate care, and communicate with you about your appointment. Booking submissions are stored in a server-side log so that an enquiry is not lost if email delivery fails, and are retained only as long as needed to act on them.

We do not sell personal data to third parties, and we do not use booking information for marketing unless you ask us to.

Cookies

We set one strictly necessary cookie, trivita_consent, which records the choice you made on the cookie banner so we do not ask you on every page. It expires after six months, contains only the word granted or denied, and is set whichever option you choose.

At present this site sets no other cookies. There is no analytics, advertising or tracking software on it. If we add any, it will load only after you have accepted on the banner, and this section will be updated to name it.

You can change your choice at any time using the cookie preferences link, which also appears at the bottom of every page. Declining has no effect on the care you receive or on any part of this site working.

Web fonts on this site are served by Google Fonts. That service does not set cookies, but it does receive your IP address when a page loads.

Job applications

If you apply through the careers form we collect your name, email address, mobile number, the discipline you are applying for, your health authority licence status, your years of experience, anything you write in the message field, and the CV you attach. A CV usually contains a good deal more — your address, employment history, and often your licence or identity document numbers.

Your CV is not stored on this website. It is passed straight into an email to our HR team and the temporary copy is discarded when the page finishes loading. What we keep on the web server is a short record that an application arrived — your name, discipline, licence status, the file name and size, and the time and IP address — so that we know to follow up if email delivery fails. The CV itself is never part of that record.

Applications are used only to assess you for the role you applied for and others we think may suit you. They are not used for marketing and are not shared outside Trivita except where a health authority requires it for licensing. You can ask us to delete your application at any time by writing to hr@trivitahealthcare.com.

Health information

The notes field on the booking form is transmitted by email. Email is not a secure channel. Share only what you are comfortable sharing that way — our care team will collect clinical detail on the callback instead.

Your rights

You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to retain it. Requests should be sent to the address below.
