- Current medication list, dialysis prescription and recent lab results.
- A week of essential medications.
- Emergency contacts sheet and insurance and Emirates ID copies.
- Basic access care supplies: gauze, tape, gloves, antiseptic.
- Check and refresh the bag every six months.
