Raising a concern is how services improve, and doing so must never affect the care you receive.
What to know
- Raise it first with your care coordinator or the Head of Patient Experience — most issues resolve there.
- Put the concern in writing with dates, names and what outcome you are seeking.
- Trivita acknowledges written complaints and responds within a defined timeframe.
- If unresolved, you may escalate to the relevant UAE health authority for the Emirate in which you receive care.
Talk to your care team
This topic is part of Patient Rights, Advocacy & Resources, one of ten modules in the Trivita Learning Hub. If anything here contradicts what your own nephrologist or dialysis nurse has told you, follow your care team — they know your prescription, your access and your history.
Trivita's dialysis nurses answer our care line 24 hours a day on 055 242 1070, including for people who are not yet our patients.
